D.G. Farnsworth is a freelance journalist and author of 17 books with a journalism degree, a Master of Management, and 63 graduate hours in multiple education programs. At the University’s Kentucky Athletics Association’s Center for Academic Tutorial Services, he was a mentor English tutor to seven members of two N.C.A.A. basketball teams. D.G. wrote the department’s tutorial handbook. For seven years, he produced the nightly news for Kentucky Educational Television, linked to college classrooms nationwide.
